Anyone with a valid active duty, retiree, or dependent ID can access base. For personnel that want to request base access they would have to fill out the SECNAV 5512 form and submit them to Nahyira Soriano at [email protected] or [email protected].
The ship will be running a shuttle for those that need assistance or unable to attain access from P&D to the pier
